A special congratulations to Cascadia Creamery (Cloud Cap), Ferndale Farmstead (Ferndale Fontina and Smoky Scamorza), and Samish Bay Creamery (Vache) for winning 2021 Good Food Awards!
These three Washington creameries swept all four of the awards in the North Region category for cheeses.
The Good Food Awards recognizes excellence not only in a company’s food creations, but also for good animal husbandry and sustainability practices. It is an honor to receive an award from the Good Food Awards, because their judges consider so much more than sensory evaluation in determining winners.
