This members-only virtual event is a new partnership between WASCA and the Oregon Cheese Guild. In the spirit of regional camaraderie, we will meet online twice annually for a roundtable discussion of topics currently affecting cheesemakers. Together the group can troubleshoot and share expertise and ideas. Additionally, we’ll be soliciting topics and questions a few weeks ahead of time to see if we can find an industry expert to help steward the conversation.
