Beecher’s Handmade Cheese and Cascadia Creamery were featured in an article in Food & Wine Magazine. The article, titled, “The Best Cheese in America: These Are the Top 50 U.S. Cheesemakers” was written by David Landsel and posted to the magazine’s website on December 14. It lauds the advances of the American artisanal cheesemaking scene and calls out creameries that prove “American cheese” is no longer a joke in the global food scene.
